There are also many shopping opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity. A lot of high standard golf courses around for the golf lovers. Lake Viewing, Fishing, Boating, Tennis, Kids' Playground, etc. The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals. To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center. | |

| Deposit and Cancellation Policy | |
| Rental Policy: 1. $ 300 deposit is required to make reservation. 2. Check in/Check out: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out no later than 10 am. 3. All holiday bookings must be a minimum of 7 days. No pets, no smoking. Renter must be 21 years of age or older. The balance of the booking cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If booking within six weeks of arrival, full payment is needed to be paid after eservation confirmation with rental agreement. 4. Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred, will be refunded approximately ont ot weeks after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property managers. Cancellation Policy: a) The Renter may cancel the holiday booked at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing in the form of a letter or an email. b) The following cancellation charges will apply to all rentals cancelled: c) Over 90 days prior to check-in - $20 processing fee. d) 60 to 90 days prior to check-in - deposit retained as credit towards rental within one year. e) 30 to 60 days prior to check-in - 50% of rental. f) Within 30 days - 100% of rental. Note: We will not keep deposits/rental fees except $20 processing fee if the property can be re-rented. If the property is rented for a fraction of the original rental fee because it is posted as a late availability listing, the portion of the rent recovered will be refunded. Renters are advised to take out cancellation insurance. | |
