| Deposit and Cancellation Policy
| Rental Policy:
1. $ 300 deposit is required to make reservation.
2. Check in/Check out: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out no later than 10 am.
3. All holiday bookings must be a minimum of 7 days. No smoking. Renter must be 21 years of age or older. The balance of the booking cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If booking within six weeks of arrival, full payment is needed to be paid after reservation confirmation with rental agreement.
4. Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred, will be refunded approximately one week after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property managers.
a) The guests may cancel the holiday booked at any time it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing in the form of a letter or email.
b) the following cancellation charges will apply to all rental canceled:
1) Over 90 days prior to check in: deposit refunded minus $50 processing fee.
2) Between 60 to 90 days prior to check in: as the credit towards the house to be used within a year.
3) Between 30 days - 60 days: lost of 50% Rental and full deposit.
4) Within 30 days: lost of 100% of rental and full deposit. |
